Our Partnerships and Communities

Central School of Ballet is a thriving hub for dance training of all ages in the heart of London. We believe that representation in the arts is essential to the development and inspiration of the next generation of dancers. Through a variety of goals, we are working to address issues of under-representation in ballet and Higher Education. Part of this work is building mutually beneficial and meaningful partnerships with arts and dance organisations and the local community. Find out more about these partnerships on the page below, and discover the ways that we are working together to build a brighter future for dance.

Theatre Peckham

Theatre Peckham and Central School of Ballet believe that representation in the arts is essential to the development and inspiration of the next generation of artists. We are confident that this partnership will support the growth of our students into the arts and widen access by breaking down barriers to participation. This year, we hope to build even stronger connections between Theatre Peckham and Central School of Ballet to create a world in the arts where every child feels represented, seen, and heard.

We’re passionate about empowering young people through creative dance development, and along with high-quality training, offer unforgettable dance opportunities with industry leaders and professionals.

As a Company, we are committed to developing the next generation of black dance artists, and in doing so, we’re proud to nurture a richer and more culturally diverse dance community in the UK.
