About Central Nights
Central's adult classes provide a fun and satisfying way to improve muscle tone, flexibility and co-ordination as well as improving dance technique. The classes are run on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings, and Sundays. Our professionally-trained instructors tailor sessions around individual class needs, so whatever your age or ability there's a class for you.
All classes cost £8 each, we are unable to offer discounts on multiple classes.
Price increase from 15th September 2014
We have held the price for Central Nights and Central Sundays at £8 for several years now but we do need to make a small increase to reflect rising costs.
The price for classes will be £9 from 15th September.

Yalckun Abdurehim - Pilates into ballet Mondays 7.15-8.30pm
This dynamic movement inspired Pilates class aims to help you improve the body's flexibility, endurance, strength and to prevent, dance and sports injury.
Denzil Bailey – Ballet (General/ Intermediate) Tuesdays 7.00-8.30pm
Denzil performed with English National Ballet for 10 years, touring the world and in 2001 became the founding Ballet Master of Ballet Black with Cassa Pancho. Denzil teaches for dance companies such as Rambert, Ballet Black, Random, Neo Ballet, Tavaziva alongside teaching at Central School of Ballet, Danceworks, The Place, London Studio Centre, Middlesex University, London Theatre School and Pineapple. Denzil will be teaching at Central Nights on Tuesday evenings, we can’t wait for you all to enjoy his expertise and enthusiasm for dance.
Yaghvali Falzari - Floor Barre Sundays 1.30-3.00pm
The technique is a valuable tool for dancers, professional AND non- professional, at all levels. The aim of Floor Barre is to work on alignment, placement and connection of the different parts of the body. It strengthens the dancer's body and allows the dancer to find a new understanding of movement and to work with his or her own body as a whole. It is also a helpful technique for injured dancer going back into training and to prevent future injuries. The class is suitable for anyone with a basic knowledge of dance or movement.
David Kierce - Ballet; Absolute Beginners, Beginner Improver and Intermediate/Advanced
Absolute Beginner - Perfect for people who have never done a ballet class before. Or people who did ballet as a child and would love to get back into it! You learn from the start, with an easy guide to how to use your body correctly. With a focus on posture which helps with every day life and self confidence. The class is fun and uplifting perfect for all ages!
Beginner Improver - Perfect for people who have taken ballet for a year! This class is designed to take you further in ballet technique! Less time is spent on the barre, more time in the centre. Focusing on moving across the floor turning and jumping. This class is fun uplifting and perfect for all ages!
Irène Wernli – Contemporary Jazz Tuesdays 7.15-8.30pm
A journey through the dynamics and phrasings of Contemporary Jazz, focusing on alignment, flexibility, strength and musicality. Using elements of ballet, hip hop and contemporary dance, the class is a fun and enjoyable environment for all levels.
